It is a shame that I was unable to see you one last time just to talk to you, man to man. You were a great grandfather and I just wish there was more time to spend. It might have been too soon to see you go, but everything happens for a reason. It pains me to know how much both Lance and I will miss our Pap. We might not have seen eye to eye all of the time, but that is just how things work out. As I write this, and shed some more tears, I know you are still here with us. The two lights that flickered at the service were all I needed to feel a small bit of closure. This is tough, but knowing you are still around somewhere makes the days a little easier. Rest easy Pap, we're all going to miss you.
