A life-long resident of Clearfield, Mr. Beard served with the U.S. Marine Corp and graduated from Bob Jones University.
He was employed by Quaker State Motor Oil and enjoyed managing his rental properties in retirement.
Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Joann and a son, Stephen.
