

Mrs. Peters was born July 13, 1930 in Clearfield, the daughter of Charles J. and Mary Helen (Payonk) Mayersky.
She was a homemaker and loved to crochet and bake cookies for her grandchildren.
Mrs. Peters was a member of the St. Thomas Moore Church in Roaring Springs.
Margaret is survived by two sons; Mic Peters and his wife Kim of Hopewell and Michael L. Peters and his wife Kandace of Renfrew, six grandchildren; Michael W. Peters, Matthew C. Peters, Amanda C. Peters, Kandida M. Link, Emmitt C. Peters and Colton Hawke Peters, two sisters; Ceal Lasardo and Marie Drunkenmiller, a brother, Charles Mayersky and his wife Connie and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Peters was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, McKnight D. Peters whom she married June 6, 1953 and who passed away July 30, 2006 and missed dearly.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Francis Roman Catholic Church, Clearfield on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 10:30 AM with Father John Miller as celebrant. Interment will be in Bradford Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield on Monday, July 25, 2016 from 5 to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:00 AM. A Christian vigil service will be said on Monday at 7:00 PM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
