Michael "Mike" Bernard Pries

Born December 6, 1961, in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. He was the son of Henry and Mary Ann (Herold) Pries.

He was a 1980 graduate of Washington High School, Two Rivers, Wisconsin.

He was a United States Air Force veteran, having attained the rank of Sergeant.

Mr. Pries was employed as a nuclear waste site supervisor for Energy Solutions and most recently worked in the furnace department at Advanced Powdered Products in Philipsburg.

He was a member of the Clearfield VFW, SOI, Moose and Old Town Sportsmen’s Association.

Mike loved life! He loved spending time in the outdoors, traveling, and building puzzles with his wife next to the fire. In his free time, he enjoyed reloading shotgun shells. Mike also loved spending time with his family and friends.

Mike is survived by his mother of Two Rivers, WI, his wife, Kristie (Triponey) Pries whom he married August 19, 2013, his son, Brody Lord, four sisters; Barbara Otis (John) The Villages, FL, Sandy Kozlowski (Martin) Two Rivers, WI, Julie Vogel (Al) Apache Junction, AZ and Connie Michell (Brian) Madison, WI and 15 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Jeffrey Pries.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 108R N. 2nd St., Suite 1 B, Clearfield, PA 16830.
