Michael P Turner

He was born on February 23, 1988 in Clearfield the son of Richard P. Turner and Joyce (Pentz) Turner.

He was a 2007 graduate of Clearfield Area High School and CCCTC where he received a certificate in diesel mechanics. He went on to serve in the National Guard earning the rank of specialist. Michael was currently employed at Walmart Distribution Center.

Michael was a true outdoorsmen, he loved camping, fishing, hunting, jeeping, but above all he loved spending time with his family, friends and dogs: Jager and Keelee.

He was a member of the Mosquito Creek Sportsman's Club and VFW Post 8386.

Michael is survived by his wife Jessica (Orosa) Turner whom he married on June 3, 2017. He is also survived by his parents, Richard and Joyce Turner of Clearfield, a brother, Matthew and his wife Jamie Turner of Clearfield, a sister, Jill and her husband Nick McBride of Altoona; nieces and nephews: Macy Turner, Zoey, Gavin and Jack McBride; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: James T. Turner and Geraldine S. Turner and maternal grandparents: Edward C. Pentz and Alma Pentz-Witherite.

Friends and family will be received from 10AM until the memorial service on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at the Community Baptist Church 11555 Curwensville Tyrone Hwy, Curwensville, PA 16833. A memorial service will be held at 1PM at church with Pastor Todd T. Hogue officiating. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.
