It was an honor to get to know Big Nanc professionally and personally along with being "trained and retrained" so frequently. She had such a sweet heart and a compassion for helping people get through issues both personal and work related. Nancy will not be forgotten and her memory will last with me forever. Thoughts and prayers for comfort to Frank and her entire family.
