
Born November 19, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Madeline Dixon.
She was a resident at Washington Rehabilitation in Florida since 2014. She had worked at Target Sportswear Manufacturing in Hyde for over 30 years and then was transferred to their plant in MacClenny, FL. In her spare time, she enjoyed bowling, crocheting blankets and stuffed animals.
She is survived by three sons, Brian Winters, Dennis Winters Jr., and Joseph Winters; four grandchildren, Lacy Johnson, Chelsey Winters and her husband Tylor (Winters) Rinehart, Chasity Barnett, and Preston Barnett; ten great grandchildren; eleven nieces and nephews; and siblings, William and Ruth (Ensinger) Dixon, Anthony and Barbara (Dixon) Falazzo, John and Audrey (Dixon) Thorn, Donald and Judy (Dixon) Miller, E. Clifford and Lisa (Godek) Dixon, Tammy Dixon, Kathy Dixon, and Ronald Dixon .
Norma is preceded in death by her mother, Madeline Dixon, two husbands, Dennis Winters Sr. and Donald McCartney; two brothers, twin Norman Dixon and Thomas Dixon; and a nephew John Dixon.
Funeral Services will be held at Bennett and Houser Funeral Home on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 11 AM. Interment will be in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, May 29, 2026 from 4-7 PM and on Saturday from 10-11 AM.
