Patricia A Larson

She was born May 2, 1933 in Clearfield, the daughter of James and Augusta “Gussie” (Jacobson) Brodbeck.

Pat was a 1951 graduate of Clearfield Area High School.

She had been employed at G. C. Murphy, Piper Aircraft and Kmart, retiring as personnel manager.

Pat was a member of the Glen Richey Primitive Methodist Church.

While working at Kmart, in her position as personnel manager, she oversaw charity work on behalf of the company for the American Cancer Society. Following her retirement she had a compassion to continue volunteering for the American Cancer Society.

Patricia is survived by her two sons; Lawrence H. Larson and his wife Ingrid of El Paso, TX and Timothy A. Larson and his wife Rosemary of Curwensville, a sister, Roxie Bloom of Clearfield, a niece, Beth Gill, a nephew, Thad Bloom and a grand niece and nephew, Emma and Ben Gill.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Leona Swatsworth , two brothers-in-law; Richard Swatsworth and Donald “Ardie” Bloom, a nephew, Kim Swatsworth and her former husband, Gustave A. “Gus” Larson.

A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date at the convenience of the family.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 108R North Second Street, Suite 1 B, Clearfield, PA 16830.
