Missy, your Dad was a good man. I remember coming up there back in the late 80’s and had a lot of great memories with him. Snow mobiles, hunting, lots of talks , fireplace situation with your mother and the fireworks that went into a pocket on the clothesline. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

When I think of you, Ronnie & Sue, I think of family. We have an array of memories of Camp, Eden Valley, Mt Hurley, night rides of snowmobiling, Uncle Bob cooking breakfast, and Uncle Earl spewing coffee out his nose from him and Ronnie laughing about some joke they played on the guys. (‘Are we drawing straws to see who is tagging this deer?’) And then Mama Sue, the honor guard, who keeps everyone straight and reported them as ‘unruly’ often! Love her! And I know God has and will continue to show HIS favor to both you and her for your faithfulness to our God and to Ronnie. So, you are so right, Missy: it’s all about love... people... and the relationships we build upon throughout our lifetime. With that comes laughter, tears, joy and weariness, but most of all it is about Love. And with that love comes accountability. Did I take time to point them to Christ in the process? Ronnie did, and has now heard ‘Well done, thy good and faithful servant! Enter now into the joy of the Lord!’ We sure love your family.

Saddened to hear of Ron’s passing and thankful for so many wonderful memories of our two families over the decades. Many of which include follow the leader snowmobile rides, horses, food, fireworks and cards and laughter at the camp. I have a feeling that heaven is a rowdy place this week with my dad and Ron picking up where they left off. God Bless and comfort to his family and all that loved him like we did.
