She was born in Pleasant Hill in 1916, daughter of the late James and Mary (Ginnick) Simcox.
Sara is survived by two children: Mary C. Lovlie and her husband, Arnold of Elkton, MD and LeRoy B. Goss, Jr. and his wife, Barbara, of Buffalo, NY, six grandchildren: Pamela Khoury and her husband, Clovis, Diane Few, Matthew Lovlie and his wife, Esther, Rodney Lovlie and his wife, Michelle, Kelly Howe and her, husband Dale and Gina Hess and her husband, Everett, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy B. Goss, Sr. who passed away in 1981.
Friends will be received at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., Clearfield on Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 2-4PM. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
Honoring Sara’s wishes there will be no services.
