Born on September 11, 1944 in Tyrone, PA, he is the son of Betty (Robinson ) Decker of Tyrone and the late Oscar Decker.
Mr. Decker is survived by his mother, a son Jesse C, Decker and his wife Beth of California, a stepson James E. McMillan and his wife Michelle, of Davison, MI, two step granddaughters; Chloe and Chelsea McMillan and three brothers; Thomas W. Decker and his wife Sue, Daniel J. Decker and his wife Penny and Gerald E. Decker all of Tyrone, PA.
He was preceded in death by his father and his wife Hazel R. (Smith-Fisher) Decker whom he married on December 23, 1985 and who died on September 22, 2009.
At the request of Mr. Decker there will be no visitation or services.
