Terry was born November 3, 1958 in Clearfield, the son of Paul and Betty Jean (Daub) Lenhart.
Terry worked as a contractor for construction.
Terry was Christian by faith.
He is a member of the Eagles and the VFW in DuBois.
Mr. Lenhart is survived by his wife, Debra (Bowman) Lenhart, whom he married April 28, 1989 in Oshanter, two children; Ryan Lee and Hali Nicole Lenhart, a grandson; Tyson Lenhart, and two brothers; Joseph Paul and Mark Allen Lenhart.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers; Jim, Steve and Ronnie Lenhart.
Honoring Mr. Lenhart’s wishes there will be no public visitation or services.
The family suggests that contributions be made to, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Att.: Tribute Program, P.O. Box 1000 Department 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
