Tina D. Neiger

Born April 28, 1957 in Washington DC, she was the daughter of the late Joseph P. and Delores (Emigh) Washburn.

Tina had been employed as a rides operator for the carnival. She had also worked in childcare and enjoyed babysitting. Tina was affiliated with the Salvation Army Church as well as the Goshen United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Jacob Neiger of Shawville and Steven Neiger and wife Shannon of Palmyra; a granddaughter, Jules Neiger; three brothers, Roger Washburn, Andrew Washburn and Thomas Washburn; and a sister, Susan Jackson.

In addition to parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Rex Neiger on January 1, 2008; a brother, Joseph B. Washburn; and a nephew, Joseph J. Washburn.

Funeral services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home on Wednesday March 18, 2026 at 1 PM with John Barnett officiating.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday March 18, 2026 from 10 AM – 1 PM.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Salvation Army, PO Box 987, Clearfield, PA 16830.
