Betsy,
It just seems like yesterday when you told me your dad was ill and that he was a Freemason. Although I never had the privilege of meeting him, he was my brother. I am very sorry for your loss, but I know that your dad was extremely proud of you, as all of us are.

My Memories of "Bowes" are mainly thru his daughter Nance and family. I got the priviledge of meeting him in his home while visiting Clearfield. His service for his country is outstanding and a man that all of us in the USA are proud of. One thing that I will always remember is "Bowes Sugar Cookies" Best sugar cookies in the whole world. Prayers for comfort and strength are going up for all the Bowes Family
