Alejandro Alex Sanchez

SANCHEZ, Alejandro “Alex”, 59 passed away on December 4th 2012 in Clearwater Florida. Alex was born in East Chicago Indiana on January 18th, 1953 to Alejandro Sanchez and Christina Esponoza. Alex grew up in East Chicago where he became an avid Chicago White Sox fan and worked for the City of East Chicago in the Engineering Department for 25 years. Upon retirement 2 years ago, Alex moved his family to Florida and what he called ‘Paradise’. He loved to spend time at Clearwater beach just watching the water and enjoying the people. He enjoyed everything about Salsa from the music to the dance and was what his family called a history buff, with a great appreciation for the history of crime families.

Alex is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Ada; Son Alejandro “Alex” Rocky Sanchez; Daughter Maggie Sanchez; Sister Yolanda Colon; Brothers Ben Sanchez, Armando Sanchez, David Sanchez, and Carlos Cuadrado; and many aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces, and nephews. Alex will be greatly missed and forever loved by his family and friends.
