Carl was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 52 years, Patricia E. Bales, and his parents. He is survived by his children, Ron Bales and Jennifer (Christopher) Tramontano; his sister, Patricia Bales; and his adored granddaughters, Audrina and Giuliana Tramontano. He will be deeply missed by his extended family, friends, and all who knew him.
