Having known Carlos has been an absolute delight. Our paths crossed 4 years ago at the Heron, his place of residence. The highlights of my interactions with him are the numerous laughs and warm hugs we shared each time we met. While my heart is breaking, our bond of friendship and love will persist eternally.
