We have such fond memories of your and Chuck's hospitality when visiting your home for the boat parades. What fun we had! It would be impossible to find a better host and hostess than Chuck and you. You both are dearly loved and appreciated and we are so blessed to have enjoyed your friendship and generosity down through the years. Dear Heart, we will miss Chuck and the evenings we shared with you both.  Our thoughts are with you and your family at this most difficult time.  Whatever you need, anytime, anywhere.  We are just heartsick at his loss.

Even in the midst of this shock and grief, I keep thinking about all the wonderful late night talks we shared, Chuck, Lynne, Duane and me. Chuck and Lynne were too sweet to kick us out at a reasonable hour. All the great card games we played - with the girls always winning! All the wonderful sunset cocktails and dinners. All the true family holiday get togethers. The fun we had just a few days ago with Chuck conducting the 4th of July dances. I loved Chuck's unique view of the world, and his willingness to share his perspective, knowing that his thinking was not 'the norm' but willing and eager to share anyway. I loved his love of Lynne and his boys. A very fortunate family with Chuck leaving us far far too soon. Miss you so much Chuck!
