Cynthia "Cyndi" Ann Fort-Wisely

She is survived by her husband Michael Wisely, daughter Cheryl (Ken) Soszka, grandsons Jordan, Jonathan, Nicholas, and Camden, siblings Tommy, Joey, Laura, Dawn, Roy, John, Tracy, Tara, Billy, Monique, Michael, and many nieces and nephews.

Cyndi was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Florence Fort, and brother David Fort.

Cyndi graduated from Henry Snyder High School, Jersey City, New Jersey. After 28 years in New Jersey, Cyndi decided to relocate her family to sunny Clearwater, Florida, where her sister had already moved. This is where Cyndi began her love of the beach. The beach became her happy place, as many weekends were spent lounging at the beach, taking long walks, and shell hunting.

For many years, Cyndi’s passion was hairdressing, she had the privilege of serving many clients in the Pinellas County area. She met some of her closest friends while cutting hair.

After many years of searching, she married the love of her life, Michael Wisely on November 17, 2012. Cyndi and Mike continued to spend much of their time and vacations at the beach. After over twelve years of marriage, they regularly went to watch sunsets and relax together.

Cyndi loved spending time with her loving husband, Mike, her beloved daughter Cheryl (and "adopted" second daughter Noel), four grandchildren, numerous siblings, and furbabies Mya and Eli. Cyndi was a beloved wife, mother, Mema, and sister. Cyndi will be remembered for her bright smile, sassiness, and fun spirited personality. She will be missed by all that knew her.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday February 16, 2025 at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home at 1:00pm with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 2:00pm and reception afterwards.
