Dale C. Rosko, 82, of Madeira Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2026, in Safety Harbor, Florida. He is now in the care of Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home, where his son, who preceded him in death, is laid to rest in Baby Land.
Born on October 28, 1944, in Chicago, Illinois, Dale dedicated his life to both his career and his family. He was the proud father of five children, one girl and 5 boys: Julie Rosko Street, Mathew J. Rosko, Dale R. Rosko, Jesse Boone, and Jason Christopher Rosko. He was also a loving grandfather to three grandchildren and one great grandchild: Brandon Street, Preston Street, Jordyn Rosko, and Skyler Vecchio all of whom brought him immense pride and joy. Dale also leaves behind a brother, Dean Rosko.
Dale was a successful high driver salesman who took great pride in his work. Outside of his career, he enjoyed bowling and achieved many games with scores over 200. He found happiness on the water fishing and in the kitchen, where family and friends always looked forward to his famous smoked fish spread. A devoted sports fan, Dale rarely missed a football game or a NASCAR race. His passion for racing was so memorable that his grandchildren even wrote him an autobiography when they were young, inspired by his lifelong enthusiasm for the sport.
For the past 11 years, Dale shared his life with his beloved companion, Dee Connors. Together they enjoyed countless adventures and cherished every moment they spent side by side.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by a private family boat ceremony to scatter his ashes. His daughter, Julie, will lovingly maintain his forever urn.
Dale will be remembered for his unwavering love, strength, and devotion to his family and friends. He was a protector, a provider, and someone who always put those he loved first. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and while he will be deeply missed, his family finds comfort in the hope of being reunited with him in Heaven one day.
