Dan Allan Drayton

He was born on June 23, 1949, in Sycamore, Illinois, to the late Marilyn Josephine (née Klein) and Gordon Laverne Drayton. Dan graduated from Sycamore High School, class of 1967, and went on to attend Northern and Southern Illinois Universities.

A successful businessman, Dan was the proud owner of Drayton Homes, a custom home-building company. His dedication and hard work in the industry left a lasting mark on many.

In 1979, Dan moved to Florida and settled in the Clearwater area, where he made a home and became an integral part of the community.

Dan was a loving brother, a loyal friend, and a successful business owner. He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering support of those around him.

He is survived by his sisters, Margo Lombardi, Karen (Tom) Fox; nieces, Stephanie Najera, Nicole Fletcher, Dana Fox, and Kaitlyn Fox; nephews, Kyle Drayton, Steven Drayton; and many extended family members and friends.
