Denise Godsey 55 of Safety Harbor Florida, passed away on Saturday 01/03/15 unexpectedly in her home. She is survived by her step son Jason Staley, Sister Maria Alessandro, two brothers Paul Heesch and Carl Alessandro and wife SuAnne, neice Lisa Curry, nephews Anthony Pugh, and Zachary Curray, Aunt Anna Piccinetti, cousins George and Yolonda Piccinetti, several other nieces and hephews and life long friends in Safety Harbor that she always considered family. Denise was born in Islip New York on 05/01/1959 to her parents Agnes & Anthony Alessandro and was married to Larry Godsey in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee on July 15, 1995. Larry preceded her in death on July 13, 2014. Denise was a kind and caring beautiful person who loved her family and friends and her four cats. She enjoyed fishing, camping, cooking and loved the Christmas holidays surrounded by people she cared for.
