Dona Gray went to be with our lord on Monday, November 28, 2022. There are no words to describe the sudden loss of our daughter, mother, wife, sister and friend. If ever a person personified selflessness and a passion for helping others, it was Dona. The void she leaves will impact so many for eternity.
Dona was born August 18, 1967, in Decatur, Georgia but quickly moved to Treasure Island where she grew up with her parents and three brothers. She enjoyed tennis, working out, the beach and so many other activities. In recent years her love for boating and being on the water brought her great joy. Her passion for cooking was shared by all her loved ones and friends and most recently she enjoyed helping the homeless through a group in Clearwater, FL.
Her career spanned over two decades at Ranger American / Guardian Home Technologies where she handled business development for markets all over Florida. For the last ten years, she became the “project manager” for her home on the many projects she and Marshall, her husband, completed on their home.
Dona is survived by her husband Marshall, daughters; Chloe and Emily, Mother; Diane, three brothers; Marc, Todd and Troy and many other family members that she loved dearly.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you donate to Dona’s favorite group, Hydrate the Homeless, that drove her passion for helping those in need. Their website is www.hydratethehomeless.com.
