Born on October 9, 1964 in Athens, Greece, and raised in Staten Island, New York, Eleni was the beloved daughter of Constantine and Artemis Arambages, who instilled in her a deep appreciation for family, faith, and tradition. She later made her home in Clearwater,Florida, where she planted her roots and built a beautiful life.
It was through her church’s Greek dance group that Eleni met the love of her life. What began as a friendship blossomed into a beautiful love story and 38 years of marriage. Together they raised three wonderful children and built a home filled with love, laughter, warmth, and countless cherished memories.
Eleni was a devoted wife, loving mother, talented baker, and gifted homemaker and decorator who had a special way of making everything around her more beautiful. Above all else, her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was her children. She poured her heart into caring for them, celebrating their milestones, and cherishing the everyday moments that made life special. She was also a wonderful friend who made everyone feel remembered and cared for. She always checked in, offered a listening ear, and stood by those she loved through both joyful and difficult times. Her encouragement, positivity, and uplifting spirit brought comfort and strength to her friends, who knew they could always count on her.
Through her creativity, delicious cooking, and the warmth she brought to every gathering, she created a home that reflected her heart: welcoming, beautiful, and always filled with love.
Deeply proud of her Greek heritage, Eleni cherished the traditions and values passed down through generations. Her Greek Orthodox faith was an important part of her life, providing strength, guidance, and comfort throughout her courageous battle with breast cancer. Her illness never defined her, Eleni always showed extraordinary strength, resilience, and determination.
Eleni is survived by her beloved husband, Dr Ted Fotopoulos, and her three cherished children, Kosta and his wife, Alexis, Ereni, and Chris, along with a lifetime of treasured memories shared with extended family and friends.
Her radiant smile, infectious laughter, genuine kindness, and beautiful spirit will be deeply missed, but her love will live on through her family and all the lives she touched. She was truly an angel on earth and is now an angel in heaven, forever watching over those she loved most.
Forever loved. Forever remembered. Forever our angel.
