Elizabeth "Betty" Donovan

Elizabeth (Betty) Donovan, age 85, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 21, 2014. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her friends and family will remember her for her generosity, kindness, and joyful personality. Betty was co-founder of Message Ministries and was a dedicated missionary to the people of Russia, working to meet both physical and spiritual needs of the people there. Betty also worked in Real Estate and as a dental assistant earlier in life. Most recently Betty lived in Largo, Florida and her family would like to thank the East Bay Nursing Home for her wonderful care.

Betty is survived by her daughter Sheri (Jerry) Felix; her son, Bob (Mary) Ward and her son, Dave (Val) Ward; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents Robert and Marie Coyne, her first husband, Herbert Ward and most recently her husband, John Donovan.

There will be a private service for the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
