Known to her grandchildren as Gammy, described by friends as stylish and elegant, Elizabeth enjoyed dining, dancing, socializing, and watching her grandchildren grow to be adults. She was 99 years old when she passed, just short of a full century of life.

Hubbard, and her grandchildren Joshua Rosefelt, Carley Rosefelt, great granddaughter Harriet Rosefelt, (daughter of Josh and Madeline), Jonathan, Nathan and William Hubbard, and great granddaughter Alara (daughter of William and Lejla).
