Fahim was the unwavering pillar of his family — a man of quiet strength, deep faith, and steadfast devotion. He led by example, not with words but through his actions, sacrifices, and constant presence. As one of the eldest of his siblings, he stepped into the role of a father figure early in life, helping raise his brothers and care for countless relatives with compassion and humility. His home was always open, his counsel always wise, and his love unconditional. He carried the weight of generations with dignity, providing strength in times of hardship and unity in times of joy. To his family, he was more than a husband, father, or Gido — he was their anchor, their guide, and their greatest blessing.
At the heart of Fahim’s life was his extraordinary marriage to his beloved wife of 65 years, Vivian. Their bond was one of rare and enduring love — a true partnership built on faith, trust, and mutual respect. Even into their later years, they still held hands, shared quiet moments, and looked at each other with the same affection that began decades earlier. Their love was the foundation of their family, a shining example of devotion that inspired everyone who knew them.
As a father and grandfather, Fahim was both nurturing and strong, deeply engaged in the lives of his children and grandchildren. He took pride in their accomplishments, celebrated their joys, and was always present with unwavering support and quiet encouragement. Whether through meaningful conversations, heartfelt prayers, or simple acts of kindness, he made each family member feel seen, loved, and cherished. His legacy of integrity, humility, and love will live on through them.
A successful business owner, Fahim founded and operated El Etihad Radio and Television in Zagazig, Egypt where he was known for his integrity, innovation, and commitment to excellence. Seeking a better life for his family, he immigrated to the United States in 1998, settling in the New York area before moving to Florida in 2021.
