He was born in Moline, IL and came to the area in 1978 from Toledo, OH. He was a bus driver and a member of the Baptist faith. He was a veteran and served with US Army 82nd Airborne during WW II.
Frank is survived by his wife, Ada, 4 sons, John L. Evener, Frank H. Evener, Robert A. Evener and Albert K. Evener; 2 daughters, Shelby Armstrong and Mary Giles; a sister, Mary Rose Janick.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6 – 8 PM at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 693 S. Belcher Rd., Clearwater followed by a Funeral Service on Wednesday at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Florida National with Military Honors.
