Born on December 3, 1943, in New York, New York to the late Elsie (née Graham) and Abraham Natter, Frank built a life defined by discipline, loyalty, and purpose. He earned his law degree from Florida State University and went on to practice law with distinction, bringing strength, reason, and principle to every case he touched.
Frank had a natural ability to lead and teach. Whether in the courtroom, the classroom, or around the dinner table, he mentored countless people with his steady guidance and sharp mind. He was a man who believed in doing things the right way—and held himself and others to that standard.
He enjoyed film, conversation, and quiet reflection, but his true pride came from his family. Frank was a father who led by example, a grandfather who showed up with heart, and a brother whose word meant something.
He is survived by his children: Debbie Natter, David (Susie Lim) Natter, Robert (Erin) Natter, and Michael (Janette) Natter; his grandchildren: Cody, Sophia, and Jackson Natter; his siblings: Ron (Joyce) Natter and Laura Kleinman; his partner, Dolores Reilly; his former wife, Linda Natter; and many extended family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2860 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida.
Frank lived with quiet strength, led with integrity, and leaves behind a legacy built on character.
