George Edward Cull Jr., a respected resident of Dunedin, Florida, passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 88. Born on September 24, 1937, in Whitman, Massachusetts, George was the beloved son of George and Mary Cull.
He proudly served in the Navy and subsequently applied his expertise in designing nuclear submarines for General Dynamics. His career later transitioned to the airline industry, where he had a distinguished tenure with Eastern Airlines. As a Project Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Aircraft Maintenance Manager at Tampa International Airport, George was known for his dedication and leadership.
George was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Marjorie Felsentreger, his cherished daughter Kathleen Spoto, and his loving wife Mary T. Cull. He is survived by his son, John Cull, and two daughters, Teri-Cull-Doyle and Mary Colaianni. He also leaves behind his brother, John Cull of Lynn, Massachusetts, as well as seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
George's legacy of service and commitment to his family and career will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
