HOHENSTERN II, George Albert, 86, of Palm Harbor, passed away April 27, 2018. George was born August 24, 1931 to the late George Albert and Sophia C. (Schoffner) Hohenstern Sr. in Queens New York. He married Ann K. Colangleo in 1951. George was employed the General Electric Plant on Bryan Dairy Road in Largo. He attended Grace Lutheran Church and Our Savior Lutheran Church. After retirement, spent summers in Franklin, NC. George enjoyed traveling, photography, American history, leather tooling, and camping.
George is survived by his Children; George A Hohenstern III Spring Hill, FL., Roy A Hohenstern of Villa Rica, GA., Lori Anderson of Bryson City, NC., John Hohenstern of Palm Harbor, FL., and Daniel Hohenstern of Pinellas Park, FL.; 11 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife and son Marc Hohenstern.
A Graveside service will be Monday April 30, 2018 at 2 PM in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.
