Irene Zevas

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Constantine “Dino” Zevas; her children Stephanie (Domino) Giallourakis, Georgette Vestas, Dino (Stacy) Zevas and Alexandria (Dave) Beinart; her 11 grandchildren Tony, Dino, Peter, Michael, Manny, Nick, Katlyn, Jonathan, Hannah, Ereni and Stefanos; her brothers Louis Demeson and Bill Demeson; and her 8 nieces and nephews.

She relocated to Safety Harbor, Florida from Wayne, NJ in 1979 and quickly became an active member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church where she was a GOYA advisor, Sunday School Teacher and member of the Daughter’s of Penelope. Irene was an avid gardener and cherished attending Church services. Most importantly, she enjoyed tending to, supporting and gathering her growing family for any and all occasions. Her grandchildren were her shining stars and brought great joy to her every day.

Visitation will take place at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on Wednesday, November 6th from 10-11 am followed by the Funeral Service. Interment and Reception will follow at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park at 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida 33759.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 409 S. Old Coachman Road, Clearwater, Florida 33765.
