Irvin Leroy Lane, 85, of Clearwater, Florida, passed away on February 14, 2025. Born on October 7, 1939, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Irvin was raised in the rugged landscapes of rural Georgia, where he learned the values of hard work, honor, and loyalty that would define him throughout his life.
A proud Navy veteran, Irvin served with distinction, stationed in San Diego for four years. It was there that he watched his children grow, a testament to his commitment to both his country and his family.
Irvin is survived by his devoted children, Sabrina Brough, Douglas Brough, Duane Lane, and Irvin (Gail) Lane II.; brothers, Wesley Beason, Warren Pinkerton; along with his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also mourned by a large extended family and a circle of friends who were touched by his strength, kindness, and presence.
Irvin was preceded in death by his loving wife, Deborah Lane; son, Dale Robert Brough; and his brother, William Beason.
His legacy is one of resilience, family, and love—a man whose memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
