MILNES, Jack D. 73, of Clearwater, FL, died Sunday, July 9, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Nancy; daughter, Mindy; sons, Marcus (Catalina) and Matthew (Katie); and granddaughter, Anna. He was proud of his service in the Navy and retired as a manager of information services from the Pinellas County Gov't. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2017 from 2:00 pm until the time of memorial service at 3:00 pm at Sylvan Abbey United Methodist Church, 2817 Sunset Point Rd., Clearwater.
