Jay Allen Snivley, age 78, of Largo, Florida passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2023. He was born on October 20, 1944 in Charlotte, NC but grew up in Columbus, Ohio where he graduated from Central High School.
He served his country in the United States Navy. He was also involved in many activities throughout his life. He was an avid sportsman which included bowling, fishing, gold panning and golfing. He was also a member of the Largo Elks Lodge #2159.
Jay is survived by his loving wife, Jayne; daughter Janice (Jeff) Helland, son Millard A. Snively; grandchildren Jessye Kemp, Kali Post, Leif Helland, Noah Helland; niece Dee Dee Galat, and nephew Charles Bradley.
He is preceded in death by his parents Millard and Margaret Snivley and sister Margaret Snivley-Remy.
