He was born June 8, 1976 in Dunedin. Jesse worked for the City of Clearwater in the Parks and Recreation Dept.
He is survived by his son Jesse Combs III, father Jesse Combs Sr. and his mother Dale Cate, sister Christina Roberts and several other friends and family.
A graveside memorial service will be held 11:00am Monday June 3rd at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.
