John Weimerskirk, of Clearwater, FL, passed away on September 24, 2024, at the age of 83. Born on October 31, 1940, in Fostoria, Ohio. He graduated from Clearwater High School in 1959, where he lettered for three years in swimming as a diver. John proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was also a skilled private pilot.
John is survived by his significant other, Olga Keeble; his sons, John (Sara) Weimerskirk and David (Amy) Weimerskirk; his daughter, Carol Lee; and a loving lineage of grandchildren: Justin, Chase, Jenn, Christopher, Brandon, Brady, and Caleb. He also leaves behind six great-grandchildren who brought him immense joy. John is remembered fondly by his brother, Phillip Weimerskirch.
A passionate golfer and tennis player, John enjoyed sports and cherished moments spent with family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 11 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. John will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
