Josephine Caldarelli

Josephine Caldarelli, 85, of Clearwater, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. She was born on April 15, 1938, in Brooklyn, New York. Josephine was married to Pasquale Caldarelli on November 24, 1956. She was a homemaker who loved to cook Italian food, like spaghetti aglio e olio, eggplant parmesan and bracioles. Her favorite part was sharing the delicious dishes with her large (and loud!) Italian family. She wouldn’t let a day go by without calling her siblings, children and grandchildren. Talking on the phone with a feather duster in her hand was a favorite pastime. Josephine was preceded in death by her daughter Donna Sheehan and husband Pasquale Caldarelli. She is survived by her son Anthony Caldarelli and daughter Patricia Caldarelli; her nine grandchildren, Meghan Ford, Daniel Sheehan, Anthony Caldarelli Jr., Michael Caldarelli, Joey Caldarelli, Nick Caldarelli, Tiffany Garcia, Heather Carroll and TJ Carroll; and five great grandchildren, Donna Ford, Edsel Ford, Billie Ford, Carlo Caldarelli and Liam Carroll. A visitation for Josephine will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 10:00 AM until the funeral service at 12:00 PM, Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida 33759. Interment will immediately follow in the cemetery gardens.
