Joyce Vincenta Pedalino, 78, of Clearwater, Florida passed away November 1, 2025. She was born in Brooklyn on January 12, 1947 and raised in Woodhaven Queens, New York. Joyce graduated from Richmond Hills High School; then, attended Florida State University for 2 years. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Emilio Pedalino; daughters, Suzanne Hanse (James) & Diana Pedalino-Koebel; grandchildren, Andrew Hanse & Julie Hanse; and cousins, Robert Ruthelonis, Shawna Ruthelonis, Christine Turner (Geoff), Nicole Piezzo (Anthony) with baby Luca, Stephanie McNamee (Charlie), and Alex Borrego.
Joyce grew up going to the YMCA in New York. She loved to travel, and worked for Pan American Airlines. After having kids, she fell in love with racquet ball, became involved in her neighborhood association, enjoyed the beach, family trips and raising her two busy daughters. Joyce and her husband, Emil, owned a drycleaning business, Comet Custom Cleaners, in St. Petersburg, Florida for 30 years.
Joyce was devoted to family and tradition, always reminding those she loved to honor their roots. Her intelligence, strength, and determination shaped the lives of everyone around her. She was deeply thoughtful and loyal, living a full life and embracing every stage to its fullest. Her love for life and her spirited nature will be remembered by all who knew her.
