Judi A. Able-Kolek

Judi A. Able-Kolek, age 55, of Clearwater, Florida, passed away on Monday August 20, 2018. Judi was born April 6, 1963, and grew up in Indianapolis. She moved to the Florida Keys in her early 20s to live the dream of her life which was the ocean and beach living. She moved to Lakeland to pursue a career in property management and raise her younger daughter. After she met the love of her life in 2002, she settled in Clearwater to continue raising her daughter and stepson.

She lived the last 16 years of her life with a passion for enjoying the water and activities with her friends. She loved her pet birds and watching the wild birds feed in the back yard. She loved crafting and sewing and especially enjoyed talking with her friends about the good things in life. She became an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and watched every game with her husband as well as becoming personal friends of several Pirates players, meeting them at spring training and minor league games.

Judi is survived by her husband and soul mate, Bruce C. Kolek, daughters Cierra N. Chin and Tia N. Noe, along with three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her stepson, Bruce C. Kolek, Jr.

The family and friends are all devastated by her sudden death and will miss her dearly.
