She was born in Marseilles, Illinois on April 30, 1947 to Arlene and Dominic Ugolini.
Judi was a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt, & Friend.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry R. Fowler.
She is survived by her three daughters, Kim, Missy, and Angie; her grandchildren, Megan, Brittany, Brandon, Hannah, and Carley; and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Conner.
