Kathryn “Kathy” Ann Voisey-Harris, 50, of Safety Harbor, FL passed away Friday, October 21, 2016 under the care of Suncoast Hospice. She is survived by her son, Ryan Harris and brothers, Arthur Voisey and Kevin Voisey. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, November 12, 2016 at noon at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.
