Lillian Theresa Severson, 78, of Dunedin, Florida, passed away peacefully surrounded by those she loved on October 26, 2026. She was born on September 3, 1948, in Manhattan, New York, to Lawrence DiLorenzo and Theresa Aurelio.
Lillian was a devoted Catholic whose faith was an important part of her life. She was a selfless woman who always put others before herself, making it her mission to care for those around her. Known for her loyalty, kindness, and loving heart, Lillian was an amazing mother and grandmother, as well as a beloved sister and friend. Her family meant everything to her, and the love and care she gave so freely will forever be remembered by those fortunate enough to know her.
Throughout her professional life, Lillian worked with Lee County Permitting and also served as a manager at Kirkwood Electric, where she dedicated herself to her work and those alongside her.
Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence DiLorenzo and Theresa Aurelio; her brother, Larry DiLorenzo; and her son, Robert Severson.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Richard Severson (Lisa); grandchildren, Victoria and Reese; sister, Laraine with her son Paul John (Lindsay) and sister, Irene (Bobby) with her son Bobby Jr and his son Caston.
Lillian's loving spirit, selflessness, and unwavering devotion to her family will live on through the many lives she touched. Though she will be deeply missed, the love she shared will remain in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church, 2405 Philippe Pkwy, Safety Harbor, FL 34695, US, on November 9, 2026, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

A Graveside Committal will take place at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759, US, on November 9, 2026, following the Funeral Mass.
