She is preceded in death by her loving husband of over 68 years, Richard L. Kosloski, and her sister Beverly “Joann” Haag.
She is survived by her children; Vickie (Al) Ozanich and Michael (Veronica) Kosloski; 4 Grandchildren: Amie Long, Amber (Mitch) Gesselman, Sara (Rob) Lake, Scott (Alison) Trybe; 10 great grandchildren; and her brother Pat Stoner.
She was the youngest of 3 children and grew up in Cedar Spring, Michigan until the age of 13 when she moved to Lansing’s north side, known as “Valley Farms”. She attended Eastern High School. She was employed by Sparrow Hospital as a timekeeper, where she retired after 30 years. Her hobbies included bowling, golfing and playing cards (including a poker club with close family members); however, her greatest joy came from traveling with Dick’s softball team and following the Kosloski family band on the road.
Dick and Linda eventually made their way down to Tarpon Springs, Florida, where they called home for nearly 33 years. Dick and Linda loved to travel. They visited all 50 states including Hawaii 3 times, as well as going on 28 cruises. She always knew it was 5 o’clock somewhere and enjoyed happy “hours” with family and friends. She was affectionately known as “Nana” to all that knew her best.
A celebration of her life will take place at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 549 E. Mt. Hope, Lansing, MI, 48910, on February 21, 2026, at 11:00am. The family will receive visitors beginning at 10:00am.
In lieu of flowers, we encourage you to donate to the charity of your choice in honor of Linda L. Kosloski.
