Lori Jean Kleinschuster of Clearwater, FL passed away suddenly on August 5, 2026. Born in Teaneck, NJ on Nov. 1, 1962 (All Saints Day), survived by her mother, Alice Lardner & preceded in death by her father, the late John Kleinschuster and brother, Joseph Pavia.
Lori grew up in New Milford, NJ & graduated from New Milford High School.
She moved to Florida with her family in 1980. She worked at the ABC Lounge for several years & has been a bartender at Sunset Lounge for the past 35 years.
Lori touched many lives with her friendship & willingness to extend a helping hand when needed.
She is survived by her mother, Alice, sister, Maggie Ewing (Donnie) nephew, Kyle Ewing (Savannah), sister-in-law, Lucinda Pavia, nieces Violet (William), Sharlene(Steve), great niece, Ashley (Jarrod), great nephew, Johnathan (Erin), Great nephew, Aden, cousins Cathy (Carl), Rick (Shelly), Elizabeth (Rene) and dear cousins from NJ, NY, PA, AK and OR.
Lori loved her family and they will always cherish & remember the wonderful & fun Thanksgivings & Christmases they celebrated together at her home.
She will be missed by her work family, regulars and friends whom she cherished.
She will especially be remembered with love by her long time boyfriend, Damian Heinz for the many happy times they shared together with friends and family.
Our Lori was truly a special person, always thoughtful, caring and generous.
She was a giver even beyond her last breath. Through organ donation she gave hope and life.

A Celebration of Lori’s Life will be held on September 26, 2026 at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home.
Family and friends are invited to join us for a reception from 12:00–2:00 p.m., followed by a service celebrating Lori’s life at 2:00 p.m. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 p.m.
