He was born on June 25, 1926, in Brooklyn, New York to his late parents, Amelia Casazza Serrabella and Jaime Serrabella. He worked mainly as a sheet metal mechanic-engineer and business owner, but also in real estate in his later years. He was a multi-talented man. His talents included photography, oil painting, book writing, and a variety of sports. He fished, bowled, played tennis, and had a passion for golf. He was so proud of his three hole-in-ones.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years. He is survived by his son, James Serrabella (Diane), his daughter Jil Colen (Robert), and his son John Serrabella, seven grandchildren Leanne Rodriguez, Carey Serrabella, Justin Colen, Dana Densler, Nicole Waymey, Marlee Bache, and Natalie Krajack; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home. A private celebration of life will be held for immediate family only.
