Carter, Lucy, 95, went to be with our Lord, December 28, 2019. She was born in Marion, SC on June 23, 1924. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy, October 11, 1991. They had four children, Sylvia (deceased) (Roger & Larry), Sandra, Ronald (deceased) (Victoria) and Glenn (Karen); six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren (with one on the way) and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 10:30 am at Bayside Community Church in Safety Harbor.
