Ludmila Dandrew, 66, of Clearwater, Florida passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025. Born in Riga, Latvia, on January 1st 1959, to late Nikolai Andreev and Ekaterina Andreeva. Ludmila was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was happiest when creating art in her home studio that she would then share with family and friends. Her sparkle - both in personality and fashion - will be sorely missed by all. She was preceded in death by her younger brother, Igor Andreev, and both her parents. She is survived by her husband Bruce Dandrew, daughter Viktoria Hillkirk, son-in-law Scott, and granddaughter Marit.
