She was preceded in death by her parents, Ephraim and Laura Vance Keith, her sisters Pauline Messer, Rea Harbour, Judy Burgess and Lorraine Smith as well as her brother Elby Keith, and her husband, Norman T. Dial.

She is survived by sister Mary Ellis, daughter Drema Dial and her family (partner Judy Sonnenberg and grandchildren China and Austin Albin), son Jeffrey Norman Dial, son Randall Craig Dial and his family (Tammi Whittaker Dial and grandsons Jacob and Zackary).
Those who had the pleasure of knowing Marcia knew her to be quick-witted with a sense of humor. She loved being a wife and mother, and was thrilled to become a Grammy to her grandchildren. Marcia loved spending time engaging in her favorite activity of shopping–no store was a match for her! She was a sales associate at JCPenney’s for 27 years and delighted in exploring Penney’s stores far and wide.
She loved cruises and enjoyed shopping in international waters. She was a breast cancer survivor. Marcia enjoyed simple pleasures such as a good piece of fruit, petting Nita, her cat, and watching The Hallmark Channel. When asked to name something that was something special about her, Marcia replied, “everybody loves me!” And, that’s how she will be remembered, as someone everybody loved.
