DUPEE, Margaret “Peggy” 59, of Clearwater passed away June 28, 2014. Peggy was a dedicated special education teacher for over twenty years, serving 14 years with the Palm Beach County School Board and 8 years with the Pinellas County School Board. She was a parishioner of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, the Estancia Place HOA Treasurer, and was very involved in the Girl Scouts of America and the Special Olympics. She was extremely proud of her four daughters and their success in life. She was a doting grandmother who lived for her five grandchildren and was looking forward to meeting #6 who’s on the way. She loved spending time with her family and even loved her son-in-laws. Peggy enjoyed travelling with her husband, Allan, did so frequently. She was a collector of Hard Rock Café Memorabilia that she often picked up during her travels. She was an avid fan and season ticket holder for the Tampa Bay Rays. She loved to shop, especially for a good bargain, and appreciated her coupons. Most importantly, Peggy was the glue that held her family together. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Allan Dupee; daughters Peggy Sophia Dupee, Amanda Rae Daniels, Catherine Nicole Isham, and Tiffany Mary Rossiter; sisters Kathy Youngblood and Debbie Stavros-Youngblood; and grandchildren Rae, John, Edward, Joseph, and David. Peggy is preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Mary Youngblood and her sister, Nancy Higginbotham. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday July 8th at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 am on Wednesday July 9th at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Services will conclude with interment in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.
